First photos of Motorola Q11 smartphone surface

First photos of Motorola Q11 smartphone surfacePhotos of the upcoming Motorola handset have surfaced on the Internet on Wednesday, revealing what the smartphone will look like and shedding some light on its specs. Despite bearing a close resemblance to the handset maker’s Q 9c, the Q11 adds a Wi-Fi module, and ups the integrated camera’s megapixel count to three from 1.3, as well as including an 8x digital zoom.

Other features shared with the Q 9 comprise built-in GPS, Bluetooth 2.0 with ADP and the Windows Mobile 6.1 OS, up from 6 in the Q 9. Judging from the photos, Google Maps support will also be part of the picture.

The handset is separate and unique from the recently rumored ultimate Motorola smartphone, codenamed Alexander.

More detailed release information and pricing is not known at this time. [viaMobility Today]
