Also called Mail for Exchange by Nokia, the enterprise-grade email support will allow users to access their office e-mail, calendar, contacts, tasks and company directory in "push" form while away from the office. Nokia is the only major cellphone manufacturer that does not offer Microsofts Windows Mobile operating systems on its devices, but is one of the few to offer Exchange on multiple devices.
Setting up and synchronizing Exchange ActiveSync is made easier if the business uses Microsoft's Exchange Server 2007. Thanks to the program, users are able to set email flags, download, edit and upload attachments and set email priorities through their cellphones. The Mail for Exchange software is known to be launching on the more recent E71, N96, N95 and N82 smartphones as well as the 5320 XpressMusic music phone.
