The pair of lawsuits were pending in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. The lawsuits were dismissed after the two companies reached an agreement, though specific information as to the amount of the royalties or how they are being paid has not been disclosed. The first case was filed in 2001, and the second earlier this year.
