Both are full 1080p sets and tout 120Hz refresh rates that eliminate motion artifacts; they also sport four HDMI inputs with CEC compatibility and should ship October 21st at equivalent prices of $2,725 for the 40-inch MZW200 set and $3,634 for the 46-inch version. International details are unavailable but should see prices drop.
Lower-cost systems will also be available soon. The 37- and 42-inch MXW200 updates also produce 1080p but lack the 120Hz output, and will sell for $2,089 and $2,543 respectively when they reach Japanese stores on September 1st. Three 720p-capable small sets -- the 19ATL20, 26MX20, and 32MX11 -- are due on October 21st and will range between 19 and 32 inches at prices of $908, $1,090, and $1,181.
Additionally, Mitsubishi has unveiled a concept dubbed REAL Blu-ray that represents the company's first HDTV to build a Blu-ray player into the set itself. Few details are available, though the set may turn into a production model in the near future. [viaImpress]
